I recently bought a new car, and as much as it pained me, it was time to sell my family’s old war wagon. Our trusty 1998 Subaru Forester was the car that took my wife to college and the car that took our newborn son home for the first time. Now, she was just taking up space in the driveway, which I thought was an undignified end.
